講者簡介：蔡友月，現任中央研究院社會學研究所副研究員，曾任威斯康辛大學（麥迪遜分校）社會學系Fulbright訪問學者，哈佛燕京訪問學者。著有專書《達悟族的精神失序：現代性、變遷與受苦的社會根源》，與學界友人合編《不正常的人？台灣精神醫學與現代性的治理》、《台灣的後基因體時代：新科技的典範轉移與挑戰》、Taiwan’s COVID-19 Experience: Governance, Governmentality, and the Global Pandemic ( Routledge 2024即將出版)。 近期研究關注基因與認同在台灣的發展、Taiwan Biobank 、Covid19與健康治理等議題，主要成果刊登在Social Studies of Science, New Genetics and Society, BioSocities等英文期刊。
